Waking In Winter – #Poetry by Sylvia Plath

I love many of Sylvia Plath’s poems and I created a short video of one of my favorite of hers, Waking In Winter, as part of The Dead Poets Society series I began a few years ago.

Is there one of her poems you particularly enjoy reading?

  1. I’m just have a Sylvia Plath day seeing as it’s her birthday and found your film. What an interesting way to read her words. I really like the line ‘The trees stiffen into place like burnt trees’. I like lots of her poems but particularly You’re.
