Carrie Ann Golden likes to write dark fiction and poetry. A deaf-blind with a lifetime of grief and losses, her work tends to be raw and brutally honest. Through writing (especially poetry), she’s learned that there is indeed life beyond disability and pain.
Born and raised in the Adirondack Mountains she now lives on a farmstead in northeastern North Dakota.
Many of her short works have been published in Piker Press as well as Edify Fiction, Doll Hospital Journal, The Hungry Chimera, GFT Press, Asylum Ink, Visual Verse and Zombie Poetry.
