…you feel like a total reject?
This usually happens when we start comparing ourselves to other writers and authors.
And when we do this, ever notice how the doubts creep in, and suddenly all our writing just stop?
So my question to you is this: What do you do to combat this?
Take a deep breath and go hug either my husband or my children.

Push past the doubt and write something anyway! If we like our work, we keep moving forward… Blessings ✨

I try to remind myself that I write for me first, and that usually helps get the words flowing again 🙂

Try something short. Words will come Carrie. 🙂

That happens when I’m working on a story that I can’t seem to finish. What I do is start a new story or work on a different one. Creativity stifled on one will flow on another.

Isn’t it amazing (and wonderful) how it works that way? 🙂

I freak out a bit at first. Then I remember making mistakes (and/or being unentertaining) at times is all part of the learning process. I look at my writing for things I can tweak. I edit and keep writing.
